Local 250 will be closing at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, August 31, 2018, in observance of Labor Day.

Regular office hours will resume Tuesday, September 4, 2018.

The Dues deadline has been extended until the Union Meeting on September 7, 2018.

If you are paying your dues online and owe 3 months we cannot extend the deadline (due to system). However, you may come into the office and pay your dues or call over the phone and pay to receive the extension.

DISTRICT COUNCIL #16 MASTER LABOR AGREEMENT WAGE ALLOCATION

The membership of Local 250 along with DC#16 locals has voted to implement Option #2 for the wage and fringe benefit allocation of the District Council #16 Master Labor Agreement which will go into effect September 1, 2018 to August 31, 2019.

Allocation is as follows:

OPTION 2

Wage: $ 0.85
H&W: $ 0.50
A & J: $ 0.30
Pension: $ 0.25
HRA: $ 0.25
CED: $ 0.01
Total: $ 2.16

CONTRACT RATIFICATION OF THE SERVICE MASTER LABOR AGREEMENT FIVE-YEAR EXTENSION AGREEMENT BETWEEN DISTRICT COUNCIL 16 AND ARCA/MCA

Local Union 250 Brothers and Sisters,

This is a follow up to the ratification by all the Locals having jurisdiction on the Service Master Labor Agreement (SMLA) Final Five-Year Extension Agreement between District Council 16 and ARCA voted to accept the terms and conditions of the extension. This 2019 – 2024 Service Master Labor Agreement (SMLA) shall become effective September 1st, 2019 with the following economic increases:

1st Year – September 1st, 2019 to August 31st, 2020 – Journeyman $2.15 per hour

2nd Year – September 1st, 2020 to August 31st, 2021 – Journeyman $2.15 per hour

3rd Year – September 1st, 2021 to August 31st, 2022 – Journeyman $2.15 per hour

4th Year – September 1st, 2022 to August 31st, 2023 – Journeyman $2.15 per hour

5ht Year – September 1st, 2023 to August 31st, 2024 – Journeyman $2.15 per hour
